What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 4 days before the booking date
• 3 days before: 50% charge
• 2 days before: 80% charge
• 1 day before or same day: 100% charge
(Based on 12:00 midnight JST)

How do I book a return trip?

All plans are one-way. Please add a return reservation separately to your cart.

Is this a shared shuttle or a private car?

This is a private limousine car service. Your group will have the vehicle exclusively.
